Jubilation - My Handbell Group

I have absolutely loved being in my handbell group. We play from August to May, and we have practices on Wednesday nights. I always look forward to each practice because it's my one and only time that I can get away from chaos, and lose myself in beautiful music. In addition to playing wonderful music, these ladies have been so welcoming to me, and I want them to know that they have been like family to me. This year was an especially hard year (emotionally) for me, and each person from my handbell group supported me, and got me through some though times. Here are some pictures from our previous concerts.

Dance!

Evelyn took dance lessons all year from a wonderful lady who owns a business called Shining Stars. I picked this teacher because she not only teaches the young ladies about dance, but she also talks to them about God at each practice. Thanks Terri for a great year! My friend, Shannon, took these pictures at her home studio.

Love our family

Spending Time Outside

So You Think You Are Having a Bad Day?

I thought I was going to have a nice relaxing night. We sent the kids upstairs while we were clearing dishes. Charles was especially quiet, and so we went to check on him, and this is what we found. Toothpaste was everywhere, and he said that he was giving the horse a bath. Not too much of a relaxing night...

Summer Fun

OK, I admit I have been bad about posting. Here are some fun pictures of summer, and also some from the past. I have been taking pictures of myself, since I'm always the one taking pictures, and I never have any of me. Some of my favorite pictures from the past are the ones of my mom and dad, so I hope that my kids will appreciate these some day.
